"I used their laundry service recently. Unfortunately, pricing was not clearly explained in advance (per kg vs per piece), which later led to a billing mismatch. Even after rechecking, the final amount felt higher than expected. Very disappointing experience. Pricing was not clearly explained before service (per kg vs per piece). After delivery, the billing method was changed and I was overcharged by ₹210. Despite politely requesting multiple times and sharing the calculation, the refund was refused. This shows lack of transparency and poor customer handling. I would not recommend this service unless pricing is clearly confirmed in writing beforehand."
